The English Language Advisory Committee (ELAC) at MSTA is comprised of parents/guardians of English Learners.  They work together with the principal and staff on programs and services for English Learners.  They advise the School Site Council for the Single Plan for Student Achievement.  In addition, they review the school’s needs assessment, annual language census and help make parents aware of the importance of regular school attendance.
