Transitional Kindergarten and Kindergarten Information Night

Calling all families of children ages 3-5 years old! The Whittier City School District will host a parent information night on Thursday, January 31 to provide information regarding Transitional Kindergarten (TK) and Kindergarten programs for the 2019-2020 school year. The meeting will be held at 6:00pm in the Whittier City School District Board Room.
School staff from our nine elementary schools will be in attendance to answer any questions and provide an introduction to each school.
Families who reside inside and outside of the Whittier City School District attendance boundaries are welcome to attend.

Join us for ELAC 10/29

The English Language Advisory Committee (ELAC) at MSTA is comprised of parents/guardians of English Learners. They work together with the principal and staff on programs and services for English Learners. They advise the School Site Council for the Single Plan for Student Achievement. In addition, they review the school’s needs assessment, annual language census and help make parents aware of the importance of regular school attendance.

Join us for an evening of STEM activities! The whole family is invited! We are so excited to have Moving Mindz host this evening of family learning. PTC has coordinated to have the In and Out truck on site for dinner that evening. Click on the link for more information.

Don't forget to order your student's MSTA Spirit Wear! Our Mustangs look sharp when they show their school spirit! The online store is open now through August 18th. All orders are delivered to the school site then dispersed to students.
